Tasks
- Align research design data collection analysis interpretation and reporting
- Communicate progress risks decisions and trade offs
- Drive program resilience through documentation and knowledge sharing
- Drive timely quality assured and compliant delivery
- Embed preventative actions
- Ensure research quality and comparability across waves markets and therapy areas
- Identify and implement improvements in processes automation analytics and reporting
- Intervene early and escalate material issues
- Lead accountable cross functional research operations data analytics and dashboard teams
- Lead innovations in automation AI analytics and reporting
- Lead onboarding and training for program ways of working
- Lead quantitative healthcare tracking programs
- Maintain oversight of progress risks and opportunities
- Make timely program decisions
- Manage client day to day partnership
- Own end to end EMEA program delivery
- Provide program governance and delivery across waves
- Provide team coaching direction priorities and ownership
- Resolve issues before they affect the client
- Translate client strategic needs into program priorities
