Tasks
- Coordinate internal events
- Create analyze and comment monthly KPI dashboard
- Ensure QSE compliance
- Ensure internal control compliance
- Manage bank guarantees
- Manage daily cash flow and bank relationships
- Manage inventory
- Participate in monthly closes and quarterly financial statements
- Perform financial verification and analysis of projects
- Prepare VAT and other tax filings
- Prepare intra group declarations
- Reconcile accounts suppliers customers and fixed assets
- Record provisions and unreceived invoices
- Run SAP month end closes
- Supervise accounting assistant
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Track company budget and general expenses
- Update communication materials
- Validate expense allocation
