Collaborate with Customer Service Warehouse and Finance on returns issues
Coordinate with couriers and last mile partners
Drive process improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with vendor return agreements and SLAs
Ensure receiving inspection and restocking for Return to Origin
Identify trends and implement corrective actions
Lead and develop reverse logistics team
Manage Return to Vendor claims and documentation
Monitor Return to Origin rates
Negotiate return terms and credit notes with suppliers
Oversee Return to Origin workflow
Present KPIs to senior management
Produce reports on Return to Origin and Return to Vendor volumes
Track defective expired and non conforming stock for Return to Vendor
