- Collaborate on risk adjustment data submission
- Conduct gap analysis and data validation
- Conduct root cause analysis for encounter processing issues
- Create policy and procedure documentation
- Create predictive models
- Create technical documents and solution designs
- Design and implement business process changes
- Develop recommendations based on data
- Develop test and implementation specifications
- Monitor CMS regulatory changes
- Onboard and coach junior analysts
- Perform encounter error research and documentation
- Perform peer review of analyst work
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports
- Submit and validate encounter data
- Support internal and external audits
