Tasks
- Build interfaces between robot controllers and software platforms
- Conduct engineering studies system audits and support sites
- Define system requirements architecture and specifications
- Develop and optimize motion paths and calibration routines
- Develop and standardize engineering processes and tools
- Execute functional stress and regression testing
- Implement IO logic and automation workflows
- Integrate end of arm tooling sensors PLCs safety systems
- Integrate industrial robotic arms with workcells
- Lead commissioning and troubleshooting of robotic systems
- Perform system diagnostics and root cause analysis
- Program and configure robotic arms using OEM teach pendants
- Stay current with robotics automation and motion planning trends
- Support product release and site acceptance testing
