Robotics Logistics Technical Lead

Tasks

• Coordinate functional safety activities with EHS and lead hazard closure
• Define and govern interface control standards
• Define reference architectures and interface patterns
• Drive architectural decisions across OT networks industrial protocols middleware and cybersecurity
• Drive handover to Operations and Maintenance with training playbooks and spares
• Drive issue triage root cause analysis and resolution during commissioning and startup
• Enforce engineering quality standards
• Ensure operational readiness including maintainability training and reliability plan
• Ensure throughput accuracy availability and recovery KPIs
• Ensure traceability from requirements through design testing and acceptance evidence
• Establish reusable engineering standards and templates including ICDs control narratives and alarm diagnostics test protocols
• Forecast controls software and commissioning resource needs
• Govern configuration management across lifecycle
• Govern technical submittals deviations and change requests with risk based decisions
• Identify and retire technical risks early
• Lead commissioning and qualification strategies FAT SAT and integrated testing
• Lead safety by design approach including risk assessments safeguarding LOTO e-stops and safety validation
• Lead system integration across PLC HMI safety PLC robotics ASRS and WMS WES WCS EMS
• Lead system integration governance processes
• Own enterprise technical strategy for robotics and ASRS
• Provide technical leadership for integrated schedules and program planning
• Serve as technical authority for robotics and ASRS OEMs and integrators
