Robotics Middleware Engineer – UAV Systems (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Design build and harden ROS 2 middleware layer
- Develop modular and extensible sensor I/O and fusion framework
- Ensure high quality detection and tracking pipeline
- Evaluate and select middleware options
- Integrate hardware components on Jetson/ARM
- Liaise with computer vision and acoustics experts
- Maintain ROS 2 ecosystem best practices
- Make data move reliably from sensors to perception to actuation
