Robotics Solutions Engineer
Tasks
- Build motion planning control and trajectory generation
- Build simulation environments for development and testing
- Conduct field tests and data collection
- Develop behavioral systems using state machines and behavior trees
- Develop robotics software in C plus plus and Python
- Implement perception localization mapping and SLAM
- Implement safety critical patterns like watchdogs fault detection and safe stops
- Integrate ROS and ROS 2 frameworks with hardware
- Integrate sensor data pipelines
- Maintain technical documentation runbooks and operational procedures
- Mentor engineers through code review and design review
- Perform sensor fusion for state estimation
