• Provide technical guidance to sales teams
• Provide weekly deployment updates
• Request firmware enhancements and feature improvements
• Share logs and performance data
• Support ROI calculations and proposal architecture
• Support onboarding of new sales hires
• Track KPIs and propose performance improvements
• Train key customer teams on robot operation
• Validate robot performance on site
