• Drive operations maintenance handover training and troubleshooting playbooks
• Ensure operational readiness and KPI achievement
• Ensure traceability from requirements to test evidence
• Establish interface control message contracts and state models
• Establish standards templates and change control
• Lead OT IT software system integration
• Lead issue triage and root cause analysis
• Lead safety validation safeguarding and safety acceptance
• Manage integrated schedules and technical risk across vendors
• Oversee OEM and integrator technical delivery
• Oversee commissioning and qualification FAT SAT integrated testing cutover and hypercare
• Own functional safety by design and risk assessments
• Own robotics and ASRS technical strategy
• Review submittals and change requests
• Run technical governance design reviews and readiness gates
