Safety Manager-E-commerce Fulfillment
Tasks
- Coach leaders and associates on safe behaviors
- Conduct safety audits inspections and risk assessments
- Coordinate safety training and onboarding
- Create corrective action plans and preventive actions
- Develop safety policies procedures and training
- Lead workplace health and safety programs
- Maintain safety documentation and regulatory recordkeeping
- Manage workers compensation cases and return to work programs
- Monitor and report safety metrics
- Partner with operations on safety integration
- Perform incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Support startup and ramp up safety process implementation
