Salesforce Agentforce Developer
Tasks
- Build REST and SOAP API integrations with Named Credentials Platform Events and Change Data Capture
- Build and configure Agentforce agents with domain topics actions and instructions
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects on technical designs
- Create unit tests and ensure minimum code coverage
- Design and develop Apex classes triggers batch jobs queueables and Lightning Web Components
- Develop Einstein Prompt Templates and Prompt Builder flows
- Ensure code quality platform security and compliance
- Implement CI CD pipelines with Copado or Gearset
- Integrate external AI models and enterprise data via Model Context Protocol and Platform APIs
- Monitor agent performance and iterate instructions using analytics
- Prototype and validate agent workflows in sandbox using Agentforce canvas
