SAP Data Engineer (Freelancer)
Tasks
- Build extraction pipelines from SAP HANA to AWS S3
- Collaborate with PySpark engineer at S3 ingestion boundary
- Design delta and CDC patterns for incremental loads
- Land data in S3 as Parquet with partitioning and schemas
- Load curated data from S3 into SAP BW and BW4HANA
- Model SAP tables into enterprise datasets
- Model data for end user reporting
- Operate SAP to cloud data pipeline in production
- Provide customer consulting and delivery support
- Write ABAP extractors
