Tasks
- Apply patch and security changes and monitor patch compliance
- Collaborate with other teams to diagnose complex issues
- Conduct problem management and root cause analysis
- Maintain CMDB configuration management data
- Manage technical escalations and participate in crisis escalation
- Perform change risk and impact analysis
- Perform incident management and lead complex resolution
- Plan implement rollback and test change records
- Provide lifecycle support including planning installation monitoring troubleshooting de installation
- Provide operate admin consulting support for storage infrastructure
- Provide performance capacity analysis and security audit reporting
- Reproduce issues and provide timely responses
- Resolve customer incidents via phone email remote
- Troubleshoot hardware and operating system performance issues
