Tasks
- Analyze patch compatibility
- Apply patch and security changes and monitor patch compliance
- Collaborate with other teams to diagnose complex issues
- Conduct incident management and lead complex incident resolution
- Conduct security audit analysis reports
- Escalate issues to vendors
- Lead escalation management and crisis support
- Maintain configuration management database entries
- Manage lifecycle operations and monitoring
- Manage storage firmware and troubleshoot hardware issues
- Manage vendor and customer technical relationships
- Monitor and troubleshoot storage environments
- Perform installation planning project management and de installation
- Perform performance analysis and capacity analysis
- Perform problem management with trend and root cause analysis
- Perform risk impact analysis for changes
- Prepare review implement rollback and test change plans
- Provide consulting and technical recommendations for pursuits
- Provide operate admin consulting support for storage infrastructure
- Reproduce issues and respond with timely updates
- Resolve customer incidents via phone email remote
