Tasks
- Apply patches and monitor security compliance
- Collaborate with hardware teams to diagnose issues
- Ensure configuration management database accuracy
- Follow up with customers and provide updates
- Identify and escalate issues to vendor
- Leverage internal expertise to provide solutions
- Maintain case documentation and operational metrics
- Manage escalations and participate in crisis escalation
- Perform trend and root cause analysis
- Prepare review and implement changes and rollback plans
- Provide consulting support
- Reproduce issues and respond timely
- Resolve customer issues via phone email or remote sessions
- Resolve incidents independently and lead team in complex cases
