Tasks
- Administer UKG Workforce Management scheduling system
- Contribute to UKG optimization roadmap
- Coordinate system updates and release management
- Coordinate vendor support
- Develop operational reports and dashboards
- Maintain scheduling configuration and rules
- Maintain system documentation and standards
- Manage scheduling security roles and user access
- Monitor integrations and ensure data integrity
- Provide end-user operational support
- Support system testing and upgrades
- Support workforce planning and staffing utilization
- Troubleshoot production issues
