- Execute paid digital marketing strategies
- Follow up with applicants for required documentation
- Follow-up with prospective families
- Gather and share special populations data and documents
- Identify trends in withdrawals
- Manage CRM for lead conversion
- Manage application pipeline and enrollment reports
- Monitor withdrawals and retention metrics
- Plan community outreach events
- Provide marketing and enrollment status updates and reports
- Publish website and social content
- Review student records and sync with student information system
- Run family communication campaigns
- Support registration and data entry
- Support start of year activities warm body counts
- Train internal stakeholders on enrollment processes
