Scientist/ Senior Scientist - Planning, Scheduling & Optimization
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineers to deploy research solutions
- Conduct optimization research for planning and scheduling
- Create optimization approaches for large scale scheduling
- Develop mathematical models for scheduling problems
- Formulate research proposals to secure funding
- Lead funded research project execution and proposal development
- Partner with industry stakeholders to identify planning and scheduling challenges
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Publish in peer reviewed journals and present technical results
- Serve as technical point of contact for industry partners
