Scientist, Systems Engineering (Detection Algorithm Development)
Tasks
- Conduct systems engineering trade studies
- Develop concept of operations and requirements analysis
- Develop instrument documentation and test procedures
- Develop technical specifications ICDs test plans and procedures
- Implement image and video processing algorithms in FPGAs GPUs and embedded systems
- Lead image and video processing algorithm development
- Perform modeling and simulation for EO IR systems
- Perform rapid complex algorithm trade studies
- Support image and video processing algorithm analysis
- Support integration and test of electro optical infrared systems
- Support on orbit troubleshooting and flight hardware integration
- Support requirements traceability and test plan development
