- Act as technical lead for enterprise AI initiatives
- Advise on M365 Copilot deployment and extensions
- Develop Copilot Studio agents and workflows
- Implement Azure AI and Azure Logic Apps integrations
- Maintain Power Automate flows and Dataverse models
- Maintain architecture documentation and runbooks
- Optimize and troubleshoot Copilot Studio agent delivery
- Perform knowledge transfer to internal owners
- Provide AI governance and guardrail input
- Support citizen development in Power Platform
- Translate business requirements into AI solution builds
