- Build machine learning architecture infrastructure data pipelines and APIs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Agile to design and deploy machine learning solutions
- Deploy scalable machine learning and generative AI systems using AWS and Databricks
- Develop natural language processing deep learning classification and recommender systems
- Document solutions and champion continuous learning AI systems
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
- Research and develop machine learning models and data products for HCM user experience
- Write production code define best practices and maintain model performance
