Tasks
- Build automated evaluation pipelines for prompts embeddings models and agent workflows
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to plan incremental delivery
- Create online and offline evaluation frameworks and success metrics
- Define architectural decisions for model training and retrieval
- Design develop operate production grade AI ML systems
- Ensure observability and reliability in production
- Implement reproducible ML pipelines and AI CI CD workflows
- Instrument dashboards and monitoring for quality and regression detection
- Integrate external LLM services into cloud platform
- Manage deployment monitoring and lifecycle of models
- Mentor junior AI engineers on production best practices
- Optimize scalability performance throughput and cost
- Propose new AI capabilities based on user insights
- Solve data retrieval evaluation inference latency and cost challenges
- Translate ambiguous requirements into testable engineering plans
