Senior AI/ML Engineer
Tasks
- Build operational AI agents for business process automation
- Coordinate with data engineering for lineage and data quality
- Create explainability fairness and governance documentation
- Define success criteria metrics evaluation strategy
- Design prototype validate and productionize LLM based solutions
- Design prototype validate and productionize machine learning models
- Develop evaluation pipelines with A B testing and backtesting
- Enforce responsible AI guardrails and human in the loop escalation
- Implement RAG based knowledge grounding
- Implement monitoring observability and drift detection
- Integrate solutions into production with APIs and microservices
- Own end to end model system lifecycle including data ingestion feature engineering and deployment
