Senior Algorithm Engineer (RTB)
Tasks
- Analyze marketplace data and identify modeling opportunities
- Build machine learning models for real time bidding
- Calibrate and optimize auction strategies
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
- Design and deploy bid optimization models
- Estimate CTR and CVR
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design reviews
- Own machine learning lifecycle research prototyping production deployment
- Predict auction outcomes and win rate
- Run A B testing and monitor model performance
