- Collaborate with development teams to resolve production issues
- Ensure operation stability performance of data pipelines and ETL
- Implement improvements in observability resilience automation
- Lead advanced troubleshooting for data pipelines and distributed systems
- Maintain technical documentation and operational best practices
- Operate monitor and troubleshoot Apache Kafka environments
- Perform proactive monitoring incident detection root cause analysis
- Provide L2 L3 application support for data applications
- Provide guidance to junior engineers
- Support and operate batch and streaming data architectures
- Support release deployment and change management processes
