Senior Bioinformatics Scientist
Tasks
- Analyze genomic datasets to generate insights
- Benchmark and validate bioinformatics methods
- Collaborate with wet lab scientists to improve workflows
- Contribute to scientific publications application notes and white papers
- Design and implement novel NGS analysis algorithms
- Develop bioinformatics pipelines for NGS analysis
- Document methods and communicate findings to technical and non technical audiences
- Prepare technical analyses reports and presentations for collaborators
- Stay current with genomics computational biology machine learning and cancer biology
