Tasks
- Automate identity and access workflows
- Build agentic and event driven workflows for provisioning and remediation
- Build serverless and event driven cloud native architectures
- Design and build self service infrastructure with reusable components
- Design and operate AWS and Azure infrastructure with infrastructure as code
- Enable infrastructure provisioning and management through code and APIs
- Establish standards for safe AI use with observability and rollback
- Identify high friction workflows and redesign with AI and automation
- Implement AI assisted incident detection classification and remediation
- Improve operational processes to increase engineering leverage
- Influence teams with new patterns standards and ways of working
- Measure and communicate impact of automation and AI adoption
- Troubleshoot issues across cloud networking identity and distributed systems
