Senior Commercial Fulfillment Documentation Specialist

Tasks

• Communicate with customers attorneys and third parties to collect documents
• Conduct due diligence on loan parties and collateral
• Coordinate with bank counsel on loan documentation
• Ensure loan documents match credit approval and underwriting guidelines
• Meet internal and external service level agreements
• Monitor internal and attorney closing checklists
• Prepare and review settlement and disbursement instructions
• Review entity formation and organizational documents
• Review loan approvals and internal systems
• Validate documentation accuracy and resolve discrepancies
