Senior Commercial Fulfillment Documentation Specialist
Tasks
- Communicate with customers attorneys and third parties to collect documents
- Conduct due diligence on loan parties and collateral
- Coordinate with bank counsel on loan documentation
- Ensure loan documents match credit approval and underwriting guidelines
- Meet internal and external service level agreements
- Monitor internal and attorney closing checklists
- Prepare and review settlement and disbursement instructions
- Review entity formation and organizational documents
- Review loan approvals and internal systems
- Validate documentation accuracy and resolve discrepancies
