Senior Conversational AI Delivery Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align project requirements
- Design configure and deploy conversational AI solutions on Omilia OCP
- Develop reusable solution components and best practice documentation
- Identify manage and escalate delivery risks
- Integrate IVR SIP CTI and omnichannel contact center APIs
- Integrate RAG pipelines embedding search and LLM prompt engineering into production deployments
- Own technical delivery from design through go live and hypercare
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures and CX designs
