Senior Cost Manager (Data Centers Cost Reporting & Analytics)
Tasks
- Analyze tenders and bids for value for money
- Create estimates and cost plans
- Document cost variations and communicate to team
- Manage change management for project cost
- Oversee project spend with valuations and cost reports
- Participate in tender and bid process
- Prepare final accounts and claims
- Provide mentorship and leadership
- Support global data center cost reporting and analytics
- Support settlement of construction disputes and claims
