Tasks
- Communicate incident updates and post incident reviews
- Develop and improve SOPs and runbooks
- Diagnose and resolve hardware network infrastructure issues
- Enforce safety standards
- Lead cross-functional troubleshooting
- Lead safety initiatives and audits
- Lead shift operations in absence of manager
- Operate with real time decision making
- Perform advanced root cause analysis
- Serve as primary escalation point
- Support shift operations and on call rotations
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Troubleshoot high-severity incidents
