Tasks
- Align product strategy with regulatory expectations and AI risk frameworks
- Define agentic AI strategy and vision
- Define risk tolerances and escalation models for autonomous execution
- Establish controls auditability explainability and evidence capture standards
- Govern product portfolios roadmaps and investment cases
- Lead and develop product owners and product leaders
- Manage full lifecycle governance for agentic AI solutions
- Oversee production performance management and control effectiveness
- Own enterprise outcomes for agent based automation
- Partner with operations risk compliance audit data and technology leaders
- Provide executive oversight of agile delivery standards and readiness
- Scale pause remediate or retire agents based on performance risk value
- Sequence automation opportunities across operating model
- Set portfolio priorities by materiality risk value
- Track and report value realization risk metrics and control outcomes
