Tasks
- Build ingestion transformation and serving pipelines
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and improve platform stability
- Create reusable data products and domain oriented datasets
- Develop ETL and ELT pipelines on GCP
- Develop batch and real time data pipelines on GCP
- Follow coding standards and architecture guidelines
- Implement data quality validations schema management metadata enrichment and data contracts
- Implement event-driven and streaming data processing
- Implement metadata and data catalog integration initiatives
- Implement monitoring logging lineage and observability
- Implement semantic models and analytics friendly data structures
- Integrate with Vertex AI and BigQuery ML
- Modernize legacy data workflows to cloud native architectures
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve pipeline operational issues
- Optimize data processing workloads and orchestration
- Participate in code reviews testing debugging and performance tuning
- Prepare AI ready data pipelines for ML and GenAI
- Support BI integration for consistent metrics and datasets
- Support feature engineering and data preparation for AI use cases
- Support security governance and compliance requirements
