Senior Data Engineer
Tasks
- Build and maintain Genie spaces for natural language data access
- Build dbt transformations with testing and modular design
- Deliver curated datasets to clients via Snowflake and Databricks
- Design and operate end to end data pipelines
- Implement data quality reconciliation and validation checks
- Implement governance with Unity Catalog entitlements and lineage
- Implement medallion architecture data transformations
- Ingest data from JDBC file drops SaaS APIs and change data capture
- Monitor pipelines and resolve production incidents
- Operate MCP services for governed data access to AI agents
- Orchestrate workflows with Airflow and Databricks
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews
- Tune Spark and SQL for performance and cost
