Senior Data Engineer
Tasks
- Build modular reusable data models and pipelines
- Collaborate across ingestion transformation modeling and serving layers
- Design migrate and maintain Airflow workflows
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable data pipelines
- Implement monitoring for pipeline failures schema drift and data quality anomalies
- Maintain documentation and improve monitoring and reliability
- Monitor pipeline SLAs for freshness quality and performance
- Optimize data warehouse performance and reduce BigQuery cost
- Own data platform initiatives end to end
- Participate in on call rotations and handle data incidents
