Senior Data Platform Engineer & AWS Cloud Architect
Tasks
- Define KPIs and drive FinOps initiatives
- Define platform architecture standards and guardrails
- Deliver scalable secure resilient cost efficient platform services
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Design enterprise AWS data platforms
- Develop automation frameworks for reduced manual intervention
- Drive reliability observability governance and operational excellence
- Enable scalable data sharing and platform connectivity
- Ensure governance metadata management security and compliance
- Lead Airflow MWAA platform services and workflow orchestration
- Lead POCs and platform modernisation initiatives
- Lead dbt Apache Iceberg and Apache Spark adoption support
- Lead incident resolution and technical troubleshooting
- Mentor and coach engineering teams
- Produce technical documentation and reference architectures
- Provide architectural leadership for onboarding and modernisation
- Support Redshift data workloads
