Senior Data Platform Support Engineer -GCP Certified
Tasks
- Administer workspaces compute and user onboarding
- Assist with platform deployments and configuration changes with DevOps
- Debug and resolve user and platform incidents with evidence for escalation
- Manage GCP access issues IAM service accounts groups roles bucket permissions
- Monitor production analytics services with Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring
- Monitor resource usage and support FinOps cost tracking
- Participate in on call rota for incident triage and escalation
- Provide L2 operational support for cloud data and analytics platform
- Support compute storage networking logging and monitoring administration
- Support on premises analytics platform patching and user support
- Use Harness for operational reporting and platform visibility
