Tasks
- Build marketing measurement foundation lifecycle metrics
- Create dashboards for marketing and loyalty metrics
- Define org measurement experimentation and decision standards
- Design analyze and call CRM loyalty and marketing experiments
- Develop propensity models
- Develop segmentation and targeting models
- Measure campaign performance and loyalty program health
- Own experimentation program end to end across business lines
- Partner with data and identity engineering on customer data model
- Translate business questions into quantitative analysis
