Senior Data Scientist - Real Estate
Tasks
- Analyze MLS data for market trends
- Build RAG and GraphRAG pipelines
- Build dashboards and analytics in Hex and Metabase
- Build predictive models for lead scoring and conversion likelihood
- Construct knowledge graphs and retrieval and ranking systems
- Deploy model and LLM outputs to production
- Design and analyze product experiments with A B testing
- Develop data transforms in Databricks using SQL and PySpark
- Translate business questions into data driven recommendations
