Senior DataOps Engineer
Tasks
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Build self healing ADF and SQL Agent recovery patterns
- Create daily operational reports and shift handoff notes
- Design and implement automation to eliminate manual tasks
- Manage SQL Agent jobs and maintenance plans
- Manage SSIS package execution and failure diagnosis
- Manage WebJobs and storage accounts
- Manage deployment slot swaps
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure SQL Managed Instance
- Monitor triage and restart Azure Data Factory pipelines
- Operate Azure App Services and App Service Environments
- Own data operations stack
- Perform certificate lifecycle management
- Run off hours on call incident response
- Troubleshoot ADF integration failures with SQL Managed Instance and Azure Storage
- Validate and test database backups and restores
