- Continuously improve standards and controls
- Define governance model and decision rights
- Drive enterprise adoption of data and AI standards
- Embed data and AI controls into business processes
- Establish monitoring and assurance for control effectiveness
- Improve performance measures for standards and controls
- Lead control monitoring testing and reporting
- Own data and AI standards framework
- Provide guidance on data and AI control expectations
- Report KPI and maturity measures to senior leadership
- Translate regulatory and ethical requirements into controls
