Tasks
- Build engineering culture operational excellence and talent development
- Define and execute data platform and engineering strategy
- Drive data platform evolution across Snowflake AWS GCP
- Ensure reliability scalability and performance of data pipelines
- Improve data engineering ingestion frameworks and data modeling
- Lead and develop data platform teams through directors
- Manage vendors and perform build vs buy decisions
- Modernize cloud data infrastructure and migrate systems
- Oversee data architecture data lake governance and observability
- Own multi quarter roadmap for data infrastructure
- Partner with business and technical leaders to define data capabilities
