Tasks

• Conduct project reviews approvals and audits
• Coordinate iterative integration into end to end solutions
• Define embedded software component strategy
• Define global standards processes methodologies and best practices
• Define organizational setup and interfaces across functions
• Drive component reuse and product specific requirements
• Enable global collaboration
• Ensure access to scalable infrastructure tools and equipment
• Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Ensure engineering excellence and cross site alignment
• Implement harmonized processes and standards
• Lead embedded software design ownership
• Lead organizational change and transformation
• Manage project execution within scope quality timeline and cost
• Own and manage infrastructure budget and cost efficiency
• Own talent development succession planning engagement and retention
• Partner with HR on people topics
• Provide guidance coaching and support to team leaders
• Support sustainment across product lifecycle
