Senior Embedded Controls Engineer, Vehicle Motion
Tasks
- Bring up core functions and map software needs to electrical requirements
- Create subsystem block diagrams and define interfaces
- Debug system issues across software hardware networks and integration environments
- Define interfaces and requirements for third party components
- Design embedded control algorithms
- Develop and run component level test procedures
- Develop control strategies for vehicle motion functions
- Execute validation testing for firmware robustness and performance
- Integrate vehicle dynamics functions into centralized architecture
- Lead subsystem design reviews
- Perform functional safety analyses for vehicle subsystems
- Translate driver intent into vehicle behavior
