Senior Embedded Engineer
Tasks
- Build and maintain embedded Linux OS images Yocto or Debian
- Contribute to CI CD pipelines for firmware builds and validation
- Develop BSPs kernel modules and device drivers
- Develop MCU edge sensor firmware with RTOS tasks drivers and low power design
- Develop OTA firmware update flows with rollback protection and staged rollout
- Develop and execute embedded test plans
- Evaluate and recommend embedded tools and technologies
- Implement connectivity for Ethernet Wi Fi LTE and PoE with failover and recovery
- Implement health telemetry watchdog auto recovery and remote diagnostics
- Implement secure boot signed firmware certificate management and access control
- Integrate and debug across hardware firmware QA and cloud boundaries
- Integrate edge ML inference and cloud middleware
- Own embedded software stack components for IoT gateway and edge devices
- Perform design and code reviews
- Perform peripheral bring up and SoC driver integration
- Profile and optimize CPU memory I O storage and network performance
