Senior Engineer - Data Engineering (Data and Records Management Engineer)
Tasks
- Automate metadata discovery and classification
- Build records retention workflows for archival and deletion
- Configure Microsoft 365 records management retention labels and policies
- Develop reusable monitored governance pipelines
- Evaluate and pilot governance tooling for sensitive data detection and lineage
- Implement disposition review workflows in Microsoft 365
- Integrate classification outputs into enterprise data catalog entries
- Maintain audit trails for compliance validation
- Own pipeline reliability versioning and change management
- Provide records management coverage metrics to risk analytics
- Scale data asset discovery across enterprise platforms
