Senior Engineer, Data Solutions Engineering
Tasks
- Communicate planned maintenance and known issues
- Conduct user onboarding and training
- Coordinate remediation with OSATs foundries IT and vendors
- Implement data standards and specifications
- Investigate data quality issues
- Maintain troubleshooting and SOP documentation
- Manage support tickets and service requests
- Monitor and resolve data loading failures
- Provide status updates and risk visibility
- Provide user support for platform usage
- Sustain day to day platform operations
- Track sustainment issues to closure
