- Establish engineering standards for API design event integration data modelling testing strategy CI CD operational readiness
- Lead real time processing implementations
- Manage technical debt prioritization
- Own production operational excellence monitoring alerting capacity planning reliability and cost optimization
- Own solution architecture for data pipelines and microservices
- Perform code reviews pair debugging and performance tuning
