Tasks
- Build automation and engineering tooling
- Coach and mentor engineers
- Conduct code reviews and production incident resolution
- Define modernization roadmaps for legacy systems
- Deliver real time processing using Apache Flink
- Drive GCP platform delivery with Dataflow Pub Sub GCS and BigQuery
- Ensure data quality lineage and security controls
- Ensure operational excellence with monitoring and reliability improvements
- Establish engineering standards for API design and event integration
- Implement data processing services using Java
- Lead end to end design of cloud native data platforms
- Manage technical risks dependencies and delivery impediments
- Optimize cost capacity and performance in production
- Own solution architecture for microservices and data pipelines
- Translate business outcomes into technical plans and milestones
